An old boy of Kings College Lagos, Soji is also a graduate of History from the Lagos State University and Post Graduate Diploma holder in Business from the University of Liverpool.
He has worked in DN Meyer PLC, Union Bank PLC, and Sterling Bank where he currently serves.
His union activities started in university where he served in the Students’ Union in 1990.
He served as the General Secretary of ASSBIFI Sterling Bank Unit between 2011 and 2014, Unit President from 2014 – 2020, also serves as the 1st Deputy National President of ASSBIFI from Nov. 2019 – Nov. 2022 and currently serves as the National President of ASSBIFI.
He is a member of the Boards of Governors of Aunty Ayo International Schools and Place of Liberty School for Children with Special Needs, the Executive Committee of Health Emergency Initiative (an NGO offering medical assistance to indigent people and accident victims), and a member of The Gideons International.
He is married with children to Olufunke Oluwole.
