Comrade Success holds a BSc. in Agric Economics & Extension from Delta State University, Abraka Delta State. He is an old boy of Command Secondary School, Ibadan. (2000) where he obtained his Senior School Certificate. He also attended Command Children School, Ibadan (1994) for his First School Leaving Certificate.
As a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (professional), he was a Relationship Manager at Unity Bank Plc (2009 – 2019), he is currently a Branch Manager of Unity Bank Plc. (2019 till Date).
An indigene of Ukwuani in Delta State, Comrade Success is currently the Unit President of Unity Bank Unit of ASSBIFI, he has served as the National Welfare Officer at the National body and He is currently the 2nd National Deputy President of the Association.
